Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been sent along with an estimate date of delivery. If tracking information is obtained this information will be included within your confirmation email.

The estimated delivery date of the product(s) will be stated in your confirmation email. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by this date but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact him or her to rearrange delivery.
