The Services we offer allow you to search the Website and purchase products handmade by Barbara Hall Creations. As part of the Services, we also provide some ancillary services such as arranging delivery of the products and providing you with customer service assistance.

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of a legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet the foregoing eligibility requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Website. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities. All products on the Website are unsuitable for children under 14 years. If, in providing the Services to you, we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including loss profits) or punitive damages.

4. The Products
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, as the descriptions are based on natural variations of semi-precious stones we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
We do not offer flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards for sale on the Website. If products you have ordered are not as described, flawed or of a lower quality than the corresponding market standards, you can return them to us and you will receive a full refund of the price of the defective product. Any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Barbara Hall offers warranty of your purchase against any defect or fault for six months from the date of receipt by you. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of the Designe/Barbara Hall that is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence. Outside of this period, product return or replacement is at the discretion of the designer/Barbara Hall for repair may apply. Any warranty implied by national or state law on this product is also limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Some countries and states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on implied warranties may not apply to you.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office if in the UK. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.
